Before You Start.. Find your Motivation!!!!

Now that you have a fair idea of how this is going to be, and since you have already gathered and made the pre requisites handy, you now have to make sure that you dont have to stop now!

Find your Motivation.
Figure out why you want to achieve this!

And, along with that I will give you a few tips that will keep you going..

1. Download this free app called 'Healthify Me', which is available both on android and iphone. Maintain a habit of making an entry of every tiny bit of food that you eat. Also log your water intake. Mention the simplest of activities that you're performing, say, mopping, cleaning, bathing, walking, exercise, cooking, and so on. This will help you compare your everyday's calorie intake and calorie burn ratio. and believe me once you get into the habit of competing with your own self from previous day, things are going to be much much easy for you!

2. Have a good pair of earphones and some really good music with you. Prepare a play list of songs that have fast beats. You will know later, why I'm asking for this.

3. Start weighing yourself from Day One and keep a track of your daily weight. Make a note that in the course of this journey, while most of the time you'll notice a reduction in weight, there may be days when it will increase. This should not worry you, as it will get normal as you continue. Remember not to panic! Enter your weight on daily basis on the App that I've mentioned in point 1. This will keep displaying your trend in a graphical manner and help you understand the same.

4. Different people have different bodies. How they respond to some activity could be different from how you do. Two people simultaneously following the same program can have different success ratios and weight loss. This should not discourage you. This is natural. You are different. Continue at your own pace.
