Day Seventeen & Eighteen

Assumption : Day starts at 8 AM and ends at 11 PM

For early morning risers ( 5 AM to 6 AM ) : Start your day with half an hour walk and follow the remaining steps.

8 AM : Weigh yourself and make a note of it on your Fitness App. 

5 Repetitions of Surya Namaskar (should take about 15 mins)
1 minute of Skipping Rope
Kapal bhati : 300 
Anulom vilom

NOW:

Start your day with 500 ml warm water with lemon. (No need to add any sweetening agent)
You can also skip lemon. Make sure to drink warm water. See if you can increase your intake capacity to 600 ml.

Mix One tablespoon of Safi in half glass water and drink.

8:30 AM : Mix One tablespoon of Aloe Vera Juice in half glass water and drink

9:00 AM :  Have 2 apples.

9:15 AM : Walk for 15 minutes.

10:00 AM : Mix One tablespoon of Amla Juice in half glass water and drink

12:00 PM : 1 katori tur daal , 3/4th katori curd with 1 tsp sugar, 1 cucumber and 1 tomato

12:30 PM : Walk for 20 minutes.

4:00 PM : Have 1 glass toned milk (preferably without sugar)

7:00 PM : 1 multigrain chapati, 1 katori rajma cooked, 1 cucumber

7:30 PM : Go to your terrace. Plug in your earphones. Put songs with your favourite beats. WALK. And, this is the most important part. Walk for 45 mins to 1 hour. STOP WHEN YOU FEEL YOU'RE OVER EXERTING! Call your best friends and talk while you walk.

10 PM : Have fresh coconut water.

11 PM : Mix One tablespoon of Safi in half glass water and drink.


Throughout the course of the day, if you feel hungry, you can munch on cucumber, tomatoes and apples. You can also have almonds.

Make sure, when you're having lunch/dinner, eat your salad before the rest of the things.


Make sure to drink 2 litres of water per day.

Trick : You can drink water before the meals to curb some bit of your hunger.
Tip : Don't drink water while having your meal since it interferes with the natural digestive acid secretion in your stomach.

You are already through 15 days now.. Before we proceed any further, I want to make few things clear:

By now you must have realized if this plan is suiting you or not. If it does, carry on. If it doesn't, stop right away!

Do not starve yourself. The portions of food items that I'm mentioning are as per my body weight back then. It will be okay for people who have their weight in 60s. For body weight greater than this, you need to increase your portions, since we do not want to compromise with health. You can post a comment if you want to discuss the same regarding a particular body weight, and I'll try my best to make suggestions.

You should drink as much water as you can. Water will help you to improve your body metabolism and will also maintain the body temperature. This helps in proper absorption of nutrients which is very essential for weight loss.

Try to increase fibre content in your diet.

It is okay to take multi vitamin supplements, if you think your diet is deficient.
